Terms and Conditions for Kalyanamandapams

  1. TTD Kalyanamandapam will be allotted only for Hindu Religious and Traditional Functions including Marriages.

  2. Please visit the kalayanamandapam well in advance prior to Booking

  3. For the purpose of Marriages the Bride should have completed 18 years and the Bridegroom should have completed 21 years of age as on the date of Marriage.

  4. The Kalyanamandapam booked for particular Functions should have to be adhered as per the TTD Rules and Regulations and no other Functions will be permitted.

  5. The Kalyanamandapam booked will not be transferred to others under any circumstances.

  6. The Kalyanamandapam Check-in and Check-out Timings are as follows:

    a) Rayalaseema area 3 PM to 3 PM (except Kurnool: 4 PM to 4 PM.)
    b) Costal Andhra 6 AM to 6 AM (except Nellore: 3 PM to 3 PM.)
    c) Telangana area 3 PM to 3 PM (except Kodad and Khamam: 6 AM to 6 AM.)

  7. Consuming Liquor and Non- Vegetarian food is strictly prohibited in and around the premises of TTD Kalyanamandapam.

  8. The Marriage party is requested to furnish correct information, furnishing falls information will squarely be held responsible by the concern.

  9. The TTD reserves the right to cancel the booking without assigning any reason. In such case total service charges will be refunded.

  10. The Electricity consumption charges are to be paid as per the actual consumption (as per the tariff, meter reading, fixed customer charges, and if any applicable) as on the date of Marriage.

  11. Whenever water facility is available relevant amount will be collected at the time of booking / occupation. Otherwise the marriage party shall make their own arrangements at their own cost.

  12. The marriage party is solely responsible for the loss/damage of any articles of TTD. The value of such loss/damaged articles will be claimed from the security deposit amount as per the TTD norms fixed.

  13. While vacating the Kalyanamandapam, it is the responsibility of the marriage party to clean the Kalyanamandapam and handover the premises, failing which the cleaning charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

  14. Postponement of booking dates under any circumstances will not be allowed.

  15. Refunds will be provide only for cancellations done 15 days prior to the availing date otherwise refund will not be allowed. 25% of booking charges will be withheld towards cancellation and 75% of booking charges will only be refunded. In any case GST collected will not be refunded.

  16. Marriage party has to make their own electrical power arrangements for external/internal decoration/illumination. Under any circumstances, no internal/ external decoration/illumination will be permitted from TTD Kalyanamandapam service connection.

  17. The Marriage party has to produce the (1) Original Print out of acknowledgement receipt (2) Original ID proofs of Bride and Bridegroom as uploaded during booking to the Manager for occupation of Kalyanamandapam.

  18. The Amplifiers / Speakers etc., shall be operated at low level during reception or marriage, so that it does not cause nuisance to the public. Heavy sound emanating drums/musical instruments of Orchestra etc., are not permitted. Only Hindu Cultural and spiritual programmes should only be allowed during Orchestra.

  19. The marriage party shall take care of their valuables (cash & jewels etc.) TTD is not responsible for any losses.

  20. Firing of crackers in the premises and in front of the Kalyanamandapams are strictly prohibited.

  21. Marriage of only one couple in whose name booking is made will only be permitted for the date booked.

  22. The security deposit shall be paid at the time of occupying the Kalyanamandapam to the Kalyanamandapam's Manager.
